What is your favorite metaphysical "things beyond the physical" story?
My favorite story is the one that my aunt told about herself and her mother, my grandmother. They were always interested in the metaphysical and made a pac that whichever one passed first would make sure to communicate with the one left here in a way where there would be no question. My grandmother passed first and it was months after her passing that my aunt woke up to a coffee cup setting on her breakfast table. The cup was my grandmother's favorite and had been put up far back in the cabinets after her passing. It was 1/2 filled with creamed coffee. The really interesting thing that made my aunt know that this was her sign, was that there was no coffee or cream anywhere in the house. She had not been drinking coffee for months! This was one activity that she and my grandmother had enjoyed doing together prior to my grandmother's passing when she had lived with my aunt before going to a nursing home.
