Thanks for your concern Walter, had to make time and have patience for my mom, she is 75 so shopping with her and this past 4 day weekend with stores closing early did not help much to lessen my stress, however like Buddha says all things have an end and so does stress. I am ok was just hoping to make that meet up, hope to make the next one.

I had a great time making my prayer stick. It was very helpful to me and helped me to ground and calm. Great news on the home front, husband's heart is fine!
