Are you still planning to take part in the Palenville outreach? I don't see that you are planning to attend on the Meetup site. I can have Rick get in touch with you and suggest some resources that might come in handy for your sky tour if you are still onboard. Do you mind giving me your e-mail address?

The laser sky tour is a pretty simple matter. All you do is point out the constellations, asterisms, planets etc... that are present in the night sky with a green laser pointer and give a brief narrative. Rick and I will send you some information later in the week if you are interested.

I'd like you to do the green laser sky tour at the Palenville outreach. I think it is important for young women at these events to see women in leadership roles. I believe it will help close the gap between boys and girls in the fields of science and mathematics. It might inspire future Vera Rubins. What do you say?
