What is your favorite book to moive adaptation?

This is tough. Books and movies are such different mediums that I don't like to compare the two.

What is your favorite book genre / type of book to read?

Non-fiction. A good historically based fiction will also grab my attention. Books dealing with philosophy also score big points with me.

Why did you decide to join a bookclub?

I recently stopped working to launch a business from home and now have the flexibility to be part of a book club. I've started my own book clubs in the past, only to be disappointed because I would usually be the only one that actually read the book.

Are you a Miami/Florida native or new to town? If you are new, what made you move here?

I have lived in Miami for 4 years now. My hometown is Dallas, TX.

What's the last book you read cover to cover?

The Old Man and Mr. Smith by Peter Ustinov
