On the day of the event one of our organizers can meet those who have RSVPed in the theater lobby. REMEMBER: It is recommended that attendees arrive at least an hour early (or even earlier) because theater is overbooked to ensure a full house and they would like our members to have the best chance possible to get a good seat! Plan will arrive at the venue by 6:15pm.
DO NOT email me about tickets. If you are DEFINITELY interested in attending please download tickets online accordingly. Only one ticket is permitted per person. Each ticket admits two.
The screenplay for Extraordinary Measures written by Robert Nelson Jacobs is based on Geeta Anand's Pulitzer-winning book The Cure.
Here's a summary: Brendan Fraser plays John Crowley, a biotechnology executive, whose two youngest children were afflicted with Pompe disease. Along with his wife, Aileen (Keri Russell), he raises money for research scientist Robert Stonehill (Harrison Ford) (most likely representing Dr. William Canfield), forming a company to develop a drug to save his children's lives.
Although screening tickets are always free, and are distributed on a first come-first serve basis, unpaid members (members who not yet paid their $5 annual dues) are not eligible for these opportunities. If you haven't paid your membership dues this year and would like tickets, you may pay dues online when you RSVP!
