Greetings! Hope this works. Writing a book is the easy part, sad to say the hard part comes after, thus my attempt to reach out for constructive advice. I deal in fiction, the imagination of hopes and dreams, of sorrow and despair. Just finished going over 350 pages of a years work and thought I should seek advice as to next step before actually submitting. Help!!!

Not knowing which steps other than writing you've already taken makes it difficult to suggest what's next. Have you had the manuscript copyrighted? Professionally proofread? Edited?

During black history month: The day of Mrs. Rosa Parks funeral, what memorable experiences do you have? I remember watching the processional down 7 Mile after her funeral held at GGT. It was like the whole world stopped to see her chariot take her to her final resting place. That's a day in 2005 that I will always cherish and never forget in life. What about you?

During black history month, which well-known author was discouraged by his father from his career in writing? His father wanted him to pursue a different career path. Who is he?
