Writing need not be a solitary activity nor devoid of social enjoyment. This is a recurring series of mini-get-togethers where people can drop by when they are able to, to socialize, chat, write and generally have a good time.

We do a bit of reading of people's work to give a bit of friendly feedback, do writing exercises, combat writer's block, encourage work on our own stories, chat about life, the universe and everything, etc.

Different people may host this each time and we might vary the day or location a bit regularly to allow everyone to participate and to make the environment more stimulating.
