Hi! I live in Plymouth, drove to Ann Arbor to attend my first meeting, some two years ago...but nobody was there, tried one more time, but same outcome, so I stopped reading meet-up reminders. Just beginning to entertain the idea of writing something, after many years of hearing people tell me I should. Would like to attend a meeting, to talk to others who love to write.

I just finished my memoirs and would enjoy being a part on this group.  To my knowledge the group rarely met

Hello writers,

I saw the message go out to save this meetup group, and I thought it a shame to let something which has 130 members die ingloriously. So I stepped up to shell out the money and save it. I am a hobbyist writer whose specialty is science fiction and fantasy, but I don't discriminate against other genres!

I'd like the opportunity to get this group started again and meeting semi-regularly. What I would really like to hear is what kind of group members would like this to be. What kinds of activities would they attend? Please feel free to reply to this address with your thoughts and suggestions.

I would love to hear what this group has tried in the past and what has and hasn't worked for people.

Thanks!
Victor Cardoso
