If you like Christmas, New Years, 4th of July , and Arbor Day this is it, all rolled into one BIG board gaming holiday! INTERNATIONAL TABLETOP DAY!!!!!!

The West Bend Library is graciously letting us use there facilities to celebrate and play board games. If you are into any board game and want to play at a great facility this is it.

NOTE : As of the time of this meetup post, we currently have the board room booked for the event. We are working on the library to get a second, larger room. So as of now I am placing a attendance cap of 25 people. I am still orchestrating everything and it will change to a higher number. We do expect a large group than usual so RSVP early!!
Also food and beverage are allowed. Please pick up after yourself and bring your beverages in a screw on cap or covered container.

    (continuing from below)

Hopefully we have a strong turnout. After we setup, please start out with a filler game so people get a chance to settle in. If a bunch of people come into a room and there a games going on, please welcome them in and offer them a spot to either observe or play. If that isn't possible offer them a chance to check out the game collection. I will have copies of the club membership applications available also.

I will be jumping back and forth between each room. I hope to get a couple of games in also. If a room dwindles down or the turnout is not that big, I will shut one of the rooms down (I probably will keep the story time room going for the rest of the event).

If you have any questions or suggestions, I am all ears. Let me know if you do.

I just wanted to get everyone up to speed and on the same page for Saturday's big event. I will be bringing a couple plastic totes of games. I will spread them out to each room.

As you know we will be in two rooms, so we will be in two groups. Most of you guys know the drill when we get there in the morning about setting up each room. I know some people said that they will help in either the story time or board rooms. When you get there, whatever room you said you were going to go to, just go there. Whoever goes into the Story Time Room, please set the tables and chairs up as usual. I will be going to the Board Room first after unloading games and will take care of setting up that room after I post the signs up in the foyer and hallways. The Board Room will need the heavy wooden tables from the back hallway, we just need a librarian to unlock the door to it.
