Seagull shoot at Gulf Beach

What says summer on the beach but a hungry seagull hovering over the sand? No one can say no to a Ritz- especially one of these guys. We'll bring the crackers you can bring your camera: the birds do the work. Check out images from our last couple of gull shoots in the album archive.

It's easy: while I throw the crackers into the air the birds hover above providing you with the possibility for great up shots. Bring a medium tele [masked]) zoom and that should be plenty of lens. If you have a shoe flash bring it for those flash fill gull shots like the image above. Free to meetup members of all skill levels.

Jesse, when I put my flash in a side pockets of my backpack this morning, I inadvertently crushed a Ritz cracker. You wouldn't know anything about that, would you? ;-)

As usual, another great meet up event. So much going on that it didn'tmatter that the gulls ditched us. Two cool dogs, a gorgeous sunset and an old car night all in one great place. Thanks Jesse and Phil.

Thanks Jessie for running this meetup again. Even though the birds weren't too cooperative, the sunset and rock dunking made up for it!
