Most job opportunities are now posted online, but do you know how to get your resume top-ranked in these HR systems? It's not just about keywords, you need to learn how HR systems filter and rank resumes from somebody who has the insider's edge into these systems. Transform your resume into an effective marketing tool that can sail to the top of search engines, keep the interest of hiring managers, and beat the competition. These techniques are called “eye-opening” and “amazing”.

Presenter Bio
Pamela gained an insider’s edge into how online job systems work when she was part of a team that implemented a national job applicant system. She has taught about the art and science of creating effective resumes for over 15 years at workshops, colleges, and conferences. Pamela is a long-time mentor and supporter of people who strive for positive change in their lives, and as a resume coach, she regularly speaks on a pro bono basis to organizations that support students and people in transition. In addition, Pamela is founder of a bursary that assists students who have overcome life challenges to pursue their education. She has been the recipient of several awards for her work, including several writing awards. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in science from the University of Maryland. Pamela was inducted into the same honor society as Jimmy Carter, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and Linus C. Pauling. When she is not admiring great resumes, Pamela spends her time as a consultant, college instructor, and speaker.

Anonymous quote “The best resume is the one, which leads you to the interview”, but which one? there are so many experts with different versions, I believe that we are the Architects of our own destiny. By all means the presentation was good. I am looking forward to apply the new tips & tricks to apply.

Maneer, I am so glad to see your comment focused on self-empowerment. This is a concept that I emphasize in the book.
