In a world of multitasking and fast-food, mindless eating is all too common. If we are distracted while eating or if we eat and we are consumed by worries, fears and urgent tasks, we are eating a lot of stress and this is harmful for our bodies and minds.
Are you a speed eater? Are you snacking on the run, reducing your meal time to a 10 min. quick break because you feel like you have a lot to do?
Or are you a multitasking eater? Are you mindlessly eating while simultaneously checking emails, doing a web search and calling someone on the phone?
Learn to become a skilled eater: attentive, eating for the right purpose and having a sense of control! Take back your peace and health and discover a new relationship with the food!
Mindful eating involves paying full attention to the experience of eating and drinking, both inside and outside the body. Food is a powerful sensual experience that engages all our senses. We pay undivided attention to the colours, smells, textures, flavours, temperatures and even the sounds (crunch) of our food. We become fully engaged in the present moment.
Date: 21st March, from 6.15 – 9.15pm.

Cost: 85chf, including handouts + 1 Simply Soup + 1 Simply Salad. The workshop includes didactic presentation, experiential exercises and time for questions and sharing.
