Atheist War on Xmas: Holiday Gift Donation Drop-off and Lunch at Pizza Luce!

It's time for another war on Christmas! You can help the Minnesota Atheists "war" efforts by donating a gift(s) to low-income families in St. Paul and suburban Ramsey County which will help bring a little more cheer during the holidays.

Bring a gift (or multiple gifts) with you to Pizza Luce in St. Paul and enjoy a godless feast with other freethinking atheists! A group of us will be meeting at Pizza Luce at 12:30, after our morning tour and shopping event at Youth Express. You're welcome to attend that event as well, but if you can only make the lunch that's fine too. We're happy to have you either way!

Keystone Community Services is a *secular* 501c3 nonprofit community agency that works to alleviate hunger, assist with emergencies, and stabilize families so they can attain self-supporting wellness. Families served by Keystone's food shelves, Meals on Wheels, and case management programs are eligible to receive holiday gift help.

Unfortunately, one of the churches that had been a main donor to this program is not participating this year. Our mission for this year's War on Christmas is to donate enough gifts to Keystone to make up for the gift donation shortfall.

You can bring your gift donations with you to the Pizza Luce lunch. If you can't make the lunch and you still want to donate a gift please private message me from this Meetup site and we can make arrangements. Or you can leave a comment on this page. Thanks!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
