We're meeting in the same room (Training Room 133).

All crafts welcome!  You are responsible for bringing all of your own tools, supplies, and materials to complete your project.  We have the room reserved for 5 hours, but you're not expected to stay the entire time.  Come when you can and stay as long as you like.  The library forbids food, but it allows closed container beverages.  I've smuggled food in before and eaten it discretely--I know, very naughty!

I'll bring my iPod and docking station again.  Feel free to bring your iPod/phone so we can switch it up.

Please be respectful and change your RSVP in the event that you're unable to make it, even at the last minute, as the automatic waiting list will generate a notice to the next person in line.  Space is limited, and this is a popular event.  You'll also be asked about the craft you are doing in case the organizer/host needs to adjust the number of attendees to allow for enough working space.

Looking forward to seeing you all!

Great meetup! So much fun to chat with like-minded folks and see what sort of crafty things they're working on.

I love that there is a crafting group! Any evening times?

Unfortunately not, Queen. Crafty Freethinkers North typically meets on a Sunday afternoon, and Crafty Freethinkers South meets in Eden Prairie on a Saturday late morning, as these are times that work for the hosts, plus CFN uses library space, so we're at the mercy of their hours. If you're interested in starting up another group that meets in the evenings, just send me all of the info and I'll add it to the calendar for you. I was going to suggest choosing a St. Paul location, but I see you are way west in Watertown.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
