Journey of Awakening Heart-Roundtable Discussion WHAT IS REAL? SATURDAY, 4/13

Please arrive at CU by 2:15 at the latest to find parking.  Join us for a provocative roundtable discussion. (PLEASE RSVP) Lhoppon Rinpoche, Buddhist teacher, scholar, and founder of Mipham Shedra;  Dr. Bill Wood, biologist & emeritus professor, University of Colorado; Dr. Tom Holzer, applied physics, former scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research.  Moderated by Dr. Paul Mazurkiewicz, chemist & research scientist.  A stimulating program of panel discussion followed by questions from the audience.

What is Real? How do we find happiness & peace for ourselves & others? How do we break down old habits & create life altering new ones? Provocative roundtable discussion between Buddhism & Science.

In the East, fear of death & the next rebirth drives people toward the journey of enlightenment.  But, here in the West, it is the fears we face every day, the struggle, anxiety, depression & stress, that cause us to question, what is real?  Who are we?  Why are we here? Can we find a path toward liberation?

We will meet at the University of Colorado Boulder Campus, Benson Earth Science Room # 180.

Students with current ID free, Public $10.

The building is located to the south of Colorado Avenue across from the stadium and Franklin field. It is between Duane Physics and Gemill Mathematics.

A powerful exploration by Lhoppon Rinpoche, Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist teacher, Dr. Tom Holzer, astrophysicist & Dr. Bill Wood, developmental biologist. Approximately 120 people attended the roundtable! We had over one hundred questions presented from the audience, time was full so we want to answer your questions at the upcoming Journey of Awakening Heart Class! I appreciated the PowerPoint presentations by all three panelists.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
