TITLE: Chief Design Adviser or Chief Designer (or whatever)
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-3 month GIG, responsible for:
Make our site look great, and most importantly be an easy, exciting, and fun user experience.
More specifically, the interface should help remove any psychological hurdles that a person may have about anything therapy-related, plus any general frustration the user might have with computers. If it looks like work, it will feel like work, and the opposite as well.
Gender differences will also need to be taken into account
Be aware of latest internet trends
Able to conduct proper user research/usability audits
Freedom to help design identity, brand, logos and goals

Even more important than our web application's potential for reducing and preventing lots of relationship-based suffering, and making lots of money, is its potential for helping to prevent war, genocide and further global warming, since that is the personal mission of the founder—where his own profits will go. The BASIC OPPORTUNITY: MAKING HUGE POSITIVE DIFFERENCE FOR SOCIETY PLUS INTERNET HISTORY
> So this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of potentially huge company (with two more related spin-off apps needing design once we get funding or are running in black), and to make a major positive difference for society and the planet, as well as to take the Internet to its next stage, from creating relationships, to sustaining and deepening them.

We want to finish the beta for two big national potential strategic partner companies, as well as interested potential investors by mid-August if possible.
DURATION: Flexible, (two to three months) but must be able to start within next week or so, even if only 1-2hrs per week (if Adviser role). Assuming we get funded, this could become regular part time job.
1) Able to start soon as possible
2) Strong UI / UE experience, having done web app(s) not just sites
Highly competent with HTML, css, creative, aware of gender preferences for design
3) One or two example(s) of well designed, creative, sites that show WEB BASED APPLICATIONS (as opposed to typical websites), preferably in the web2.0 space. DO NOT SEND US MORE THAN THREE EXAMPLES.
