Apache Solr Search Engine

Solr is a free, open-source, feature-rich, and blazing-fast search engine from the Apache Lucene project. It has a well documented and powerful HTTP API and many tuning and querying options. I'll provide an overview of Solr and its features and configuration and glue it to a .NET web application using the open-source client library SolrNet.
