I actually am looking for work right now.  My resume is attached, pretty well explains my skills / focus, could say more if I knew what you were looking for.  I'd describe myself as a skilled beginner - I'm good at what I can do, but have a lot of gaps to fill still (such as system & DB administration, knowledge of various frameworks).

PHPers,

I am moving on from my position as Lead Developer at Sportsdigita in a few weeks, which means: it's open!

In short:

1. Lead a small team (3-5 developers)
2. Write PHP (we have two Symfony2 platforms)
3. Write some Javascript
4. Get to try new things all the time (I built a simple iPad app last week to go with one of our projects, for the hell of it)
5. Work with professional sports teams (about 20 teams currently).  Fewer free tickets than you'd think but I did get into the Champion's Club at TF once this summer.
6. Office overlooking Lake Calhoun (unusually, I can't see any sailboats right now).

Here's the full job posting:

Feel free to email me directly with any questions.

Dan M.

P.S. No official announcement, but I believe I'm talking about Test Driven Development at the October meetup.  Bring your friends!
