Here is the agenda for next Thursdays meeting
1. Introductions of everyone
2. Purpose of meeting
a. To establish workable fundraising tactics and methods to increase revenue
b. if possible assign members to tasks related to fundraising
3. Talking points
a. Merchandise i.e. lighters, tshirts, bumper stickers, buttons, any other ideas
b. membership drives RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS (Nicole may have a lead on this)
c. Events ie concerts, bake sales, pancake breakfast
d. Donations ie bucket at event
e. Email list for monthly newsletter, I think this will be extremely helpful especially with a potential bill in the works.
f. An auction
g. Facebook promotion
h. Other ideas
a. Who will hold the merchandise and keep inventory?
b. who will research and handle all applicable taxes?
c. Who will make a report listing expenditures and revenue on all these ideas to gauge their success?
I hope to see as many people attend as possible and am excited about what we can accomplish when we put our heads together!
