We'd very much like MN NORML to start trying to find groups in the state to partner with, and we think that this event would be a good introductory one for us to get to know more about this organization which we can potentially work with in the future.

"The League of Women Voters: A Look Back and Forward"
History buffs and current members of the League will discuss their organization's evolution over the past 93 years.  Learn about the creation of the non-partisan League, their original aim to encourage and empower women to be informed voters, and their current work to engage and involve all citizens in the decisions of their government.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
