You may not know it but the last U.S.A. Hemp farmer was forced out of business in southern Minnesota in 1960 by a final threat by the DEA to prosecute him for seed possession. Hemp got Columbus to America, and got us through WWII but now this perfect rotation crop is seeing money spent year after year on eradication programs, afraid we might find a way to get high off it. The new guy over at MPP would have their file info on the last attempt which was embarrassingly led by them not Minnesotans.
