These two cases show that Carl Olsen's argument that cannabis must be removed from Schedule I due to the fact that it has medical value in the united states is a winner. It won in Michigan. Look at the brief and then look at the ruling.

I'm not asking anyone to do anything. We are all autonomous beings and we can all decide to collaborate on certain projects and not collaborate on other projects. I find these cases to all be a whole lot of fun when read as a whole so I thought I'd share them all with you guys as a sort of a holiday gift from me. I'm hoping to hire a lawyer today by the name of Bob Davis to tackle this whole scheduling issue and this is a lot of the cases that I'm going to show him. Oh, and sorry for not answering your email a few months back. I agreed with some of your points, but the tone came off as pretty rude and I just decided to do my own thing and let you guys know about what I'm doing instead of trying to convince anyone that what I'm doing is "the right path". You should all pursue your own "right paths" and update me on that as well. Also, I hope to help my rasta friend beat a possession case and am looking to incorporate start a cannabis/rasta church in minnesota. What have you been doing with the movement recently, Bob? How is the congressional race going?
