A few notes about attendance and RSVPs

• Many of our games have a limited number of slots due to restricted court space. In these instances, not everyone who wants to participate may get to play. Please do NOT come to fully booked event without an RSVP (or special permission) or we'll be forced to turn you away.
  
  
• If you do RSVP "Yes" for an event that is at or near its minimum or maximum participants, it's extremely important that you come as expected. If your plans change for some reason, please do us the favor of updating your RSVP with enough advance notice so that another eager player can claim your spot (or the event can be canceled in the event we fall below the minimum player threshold)
  
  
• At games with limited RSVPs, we reserve a handful of spots by setting the formal RSVP limit low and requiring the last registrants to join the waiting list. Prior to the game, we manually select from those on the waiting list to receive the remaining spots - with preference given to our top 25 regular players and those at the front of the queue.
  
  
• Anyone who has registered no-show on a previous RSVP will go to the bottom of the waiting list. In extreme circumstances, repeat no-show offenders may have their RSVP privileges revoked
