The group meditation is facilitated in a powerful clear sacred space created for the session. In a group and in a sacred space, you will be able to meditate more easily and let go of mind chatter and experience deep states of self-healing, relaxation, and revitalization! No experience is needed. Anyone, including experienced meditators, can experience the deep revitalization that is amplified in a group setting.
