Wearables & Things + Live Event Beta

The Wearables and Things market is in it's infancy and that means it's time to get in. So what does "in" mean right now for mobile developers? What are the leading devices and where should developers start? These questions and more will be addressed in an evening dedicated to the wearables market.

Presentations:

Chuka Eze: Electronic tattoos: The future of wearable technology

Noble Ackerman: Evolving sports & fitness with wearable computer

Ottomate: Sixteen year old founder, Ameer Sami

Milestone Pod: Jason Kaplan, Milestone

AGENDA:

6PM - Doors, Pizza & Drinks

7PM - Program

8PM - Beta test feedback

8:30PM - Adjourn

Wearable Audio Beta Test:

Attendees to this event will take part in a new concept we are piloting using custom high quality headphones during the event. This approach promises to revolutionize the multi-track conference by enabling attendees to choose from multiple live speaking tracks in an open environment. This could enable multi-track conferences to take place in large open spaces, thus greatly reducing conference overhead while improving attendee experience. We are seeking your feedback and hope you'll participate.

Thanks to our friends at Canvas.co/work for being gracious hosts!!

Good. The headphones might prove handy for key sponsor presentations at most trade show, including FOSE, CES, etc. Assuming the speaker successfully "mikes up", you could also have a less distracting training session with the headphones on.

We are seeing a lot of new wearables (aka Mobile Connected Devices) coming our way. Excited to be talking to others about it and sharing our experiences so far. Look for a Citrrus Rep at this event and barrage them with your most pressing questions.
