Too often apps are designed and published based on limited test cycles and/or sample sizes. Moreover, once published the only monitoring that's added is based on App-store ratings or monitoring the "back-end" servers owned by the app developer. This often leads to a sub-par experience for the real user, and decreases satisfaction resulting in lower revenue or adoption. Using a mAPM (mobile-Application Performance Monitoring) technology will ensure a better user experience, often catching and solving real app problems before impacting a significant portion of the the user base.
