While I am not a true developer, I have a knowledgeable background in front end implementation with html 5, css, and most recently Zurb Foundation / rapid prototyping for mobile. I'm fast becoming a more polished unicorn (to quote Jarod Spool) and continually cross over from development to UX - as they are crucial for each other in the development of an excellent mobile experience.
I'm a nerd, talk mobile development, technologies, and love to have uber geeky conversations. The only way to better understand how to develop and build a better user experience is to understand the technologies that drive it. I currently work very closely with our development team during builds and find their input invaluable. By surrounding yourself with knowledgable persons, you only can improve what it is you do. If i undersand the technologies (i.e., the world of mobile development), I can leverage them for a better UX. Consider me an advocate / evangelist of developers - they make the engine that drives the car. Without dev, you've got a great looking paper weight an nothing more.
Drupal is our primary focus, however I'm familiar with .net, wordpress, sharepoint, and oracle. I don't build in these tools but have designed IA, UX, and visual components for all these platforms.
Rock Creek Strategic Marketing
I have been active in the online community and developing media for well over 10 years. After a successful 5 year effort in launching an interactive agency, I focused on ux, ia, and content strategy with emphasis on mobile environments for web.
Excellent group and well focused on its mission.
