We are working and stay-at-home mothers who want to meet other mothers/caregivers and get in shape with our children. We host family night outs, weekly workout meet ups and events (Swimming, Halloween and Christmas Parties) throughout the year. We are supported by the First 5 Sacramento Commission and are able to provide refreshments and playtime activity toys. This is a FREE club!
