Bring your baby, your breasts, your bottles & your sleep-deprived brain! You can listen, talk, laugh, cry or all of the above. At times like these, what a woman really needs is to be with other women who "get" it! Mommy Chat is a series of low-fee discussion groups moderated by a therapist who specializes in postpartum adjustment and women's mental health issues. We meet irregularly on Tuesday mornings from 10:30 - 11:30 AM (frequency depends on number of moms interested) There's a different discussion topic each time to help women process the highs and lows of new motherhood. There is a $20 fee per group.
