Foam rollers are a tool for better, more effective stretching. Specifically lengthening the muscle and releasing adhesions. Foam rolling is often recommended for use both before and after a workout. Where do I get one?
Local running store The Running Zone carries them. Target & Big 5 often have a few or you can order online. Lighter colors tend to be best for beginners, and a shorter version will be more portable and works perfect for our use.
Bring a mat, your foam roller and be ready to roll!
