Before her life as Stay-At-Home Mom, Denise taught elementary school for 7 years. Her first daughter, Allana Rose, was born on November 1, 2001 and she happily took on her new position as Domestic CEO. On July 12, 2005, her second daughter Emmalynn Jaime was born and she remains in her current position today.
While a Stay-At-Home Mom, Denise owned and operated Denise's Mommy and Me and taught music and movement classes for two years in Spring Hill. With each class, she engaged the children in stimulating and enriching theme-related learning activities. She discovered an outlet to incorporate her love of teaching while connecting with other moms and their children.
Having been involved with other moms groups in her old neighborhood, Denise understands the benefits of being part of a moms' group. In 2003, she served as President of The Mother's Club of Hernando County and learned the basic principles associated with running a successful moms' group.
When she moved to Land O'Lakes in 2006, she longed to connect with other moms and build friendships for herself and her children. On June 30, 2006, Moms on the Go was born and each year the friendships continue to grow.
In addition to running a successful moms' group, Denise also serves as an Assistant Organizer for a national Meetup Organizer Forum, *Not Just Moms*. Recognized for her outstanding performance as an organizer and her innate ability to help others, she was recruited to be part of the *Not Just Moms* Team. Denise is thrilled to give back to a community that has helped her in so many ways. She feels proud and truly blessed to work with an amazing group of women within *Not Just Moms* and Moms on the Go.

Erika has been the proud Assistant Organizer for Moms On the Go since January 2007. Her main responsibilities include posting events on our calendar.
She is the mother to Sarah, a very lively and active 3 year old, who was born in October of 2004. Erika has been married to her husband John since 1999 and considers herself very blessed to have met him. Erika believes it was love at first site and that lightning really did strike on the day they met! Erika and John hope to expand their family soon and Sarah is looking forward to someday becoming a sister.
Before becoming a stay at home mom, Erika worked as the Executive Assistant to the Controller Outback at their home office and then for the President of LeeRoy Selmons (an Outback Company). She says that staying at home with her daughter has been the most rewarding job she has had, and to her surprise, the one she is best at!
Erika will tell you that is it "What you see is what you get" with her. She enjoys spending time outdoors, including camping, hiking, and anything Sarah wants to do outside. She really enjoys chatting with friends over happy hour and going out with the girls. She watches more TV than she cares to admit and loves music and going to concerts. Sarah attends Art class at Gymboree and keeps busy with the MOTG events.
Erika claims that Moms On the Go has been a saving grace in the profession of Stay at Home Mom and hopes that every member finds as much value in the group as she does.
Chrissy has been a member of Moms On The Go since August 2006 and has been an assistant organizer since April 2007. She moderates the message board by helping it run smoothly and keeping it active. Chrissy stimulates activity on the message board by posting a weekly Question of the Week. She also often updates the message board index and our on-line cookbook.
She has been married to her husband Mike since April 2000. She is a SAHM of 2 very active boys: Jared, born in August 2001 and Dylan, born in July 2004. Before becoming a stay at home mom, she worked as the Information Technology Team Leader at Busch Gardens. Although she loved her job, she willingly left her career to stay home and raise her boys.
Chrissy, Jared and Dylan love participating in all of the events and visiting with their friends every week. They are so grateful to be a part of this magnificent group!
Each month, Moms on the Go plans charity events that support our community and our Outreach Coordinators organize these monthly charity events. Through our outreach events, we teach our children the importance of helping others. To see our past, accomplishments, click here.
Heather and Deanna have been members of Moms On The Go since March 2007 and have recently accepted the role as Outreach Coordinators. Their responsibilities include finding charities that fit the groups abilities, coordinating collections and donations, rallying volunteers and making sure all funds and donations are allocated to the correct charities.
Heather is SAHM to two wonderful children, Aiden and Ayla. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2003 with her husband Ed. Before becoming a mom, Heather worked as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, a job she loved but easily gave up to stay home with her kids.
Deanna is a SAHM to her very energetic and outgoing son Max. Max was born in November 2005. After overcoming some fertility issues she feels very blessed to have been given this little gift of life. Deanna has been married since November 2001. She and her husband Jimmy hope to someday expand their family and know that Max would make a wonderful big brother.
After working as an accountant for 12 years, Deanna says she was ready for a change. She thinks that although being a SAHM has been one of the most challenging jobs she has had, it has also been one of the most rewarding.
Deanna was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Tampa, Florida at the age of two.
Jen manages our Meals for New Moms program by soliciting volunteers to deliver meals and scheduling deliveries. In addition, Jen's duties also include scheduling and planning our Annual Baby Shower and our holiday parties. If you are in need of the Meals for Moms program, please e-mail Jen A.
