Membership Requirements





Membership is $36 per member per year (to be paid in 2 installments of $18 by January 15th and July 15th or one $36 payment due by January 15th) in order to help offset the monthly cost incurred for this website and for crafts/supplies provided at certain events. The fee also ensures that only members who see value in this group will continue their membership. Please make your payment within 30 days of your join date via our PayPal button below. Cash or check is also accepted.

Please note that dues are nonrefundable.










This group is intended for active moms that seek to proactively develop friendships for their children and for themselves. Thus, attendance and participation is a critical and a mandatory part of group membership. We welcome working moms. Dads may attend our playdates as guests, but we do not allow dads to join as members.



  • Active participation is defined as attending a minimum of THREE events each month including at least ONE kid-related event.

  • New members are granted a 30-day trial period before they are required to submit dues. However, members who fail to attend two events and/or pay dues within 30 days of their join date will be removed from the group.

  • Keep your member profile and photos up-to-date. Pending members must add a photo to your profile before a request to join can be approved.

  • Participate in our message board discussions and polls.

  • Be sure to RSVP to all events whether your response is 'yes', 'no', or 'maybe'. When adding your RSVP please include the number of children/guests that will be attending a given event.







In order to offer variety on our calendar and more options for our members, each member is required to host ONE event every 6 months.







As reflected in our Mission Statment, we feel strongly about our involvement in our community by organizing and participating in charitable activities. Therefore, members are required to attend at least ONE outreach event per year.






Our members recognize and help support our charitable activities in the community, however, charity also begins at home. Each members is required to deliver at least ONE meal per year to a mom in need through our New Moms program.






Attending a Home Playdate

In order to RSVP "Yes" and attend a home playdate you must:
  • have already attended at least two public playgroups.
  • have met one of the organizers.
  • be an active and paid member of the group (as specified in the guidelines above).


This is for the host's protection as well as for the general safety of the children and moms in our group.



Hosting a Playdate

As a host, you must meet and greet all members and make each member feel welcomed at your playgroup! If you are interested in a playdate, simply email Erika and she will work with you on a date according to your availability and our current calendar. In order to host a playdate at your home, you must be an active and paid member (as specified in the guidelines above).






In order to keep the spread of illness to a minimum, we ask that you do not attend our events if your child has a rash(other than on diaper area), fever of 101 degrees or above, vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours or a communicable disease such as chicken pox or head lice. Please use your best judgment when you or your child have any illnesses.







  • Positive posts only, please.
  • Respect for others and civility is expected.
  • Mama Drama and lurking are prohibited.
  • Please refrain from listing any personal information, such as your phone number or your home address.
  • No religious or political posts.
  • No soliciting.
  • No spam.



Any post that violates these guidelines or has been deemed inappropriate by our organizer may be deleted at her discretion and may be cause for removal from the group.
