We are a group of moms, women of all ages and stages of motherhood (not just little ones), that run, walk, bike, swim (and more) and race together. We schedule several weekly activities designed to get our members motivated to get and keep fit. All levels of fitness are welcome and will find others of similar fitness, from beginner to advanced.
Most of our events are free, and are "go-at-your-own-pace" workouts. We incorporate fun, and are a very social group as well. We also provide clinics and lessons to help members learn or improve at a sport such as running, swimming or racing, if they wish. Lastly, we have a subgroup of Moms Running Wild, of women training specifically for triathlons, with tri-specific workouts and presentations. These are fee-based and completely optional.
All of our activities take into account that we are busy women, mothers, wives, daughters, employees and more. We do our best to let our members guide our calendar, include children when we can and offer varying times so our members can participate.
Above all, don't let "life" get in the way of your goals--you can exercise, and enjoy it, while fulfilling all your roles!
