    Fabulous, as always! Chef James and staff cooked a wonderful meal for us on such a very hot day! Despite the heat, the soup was perfect! And I did feel much better after the tempeh stew - hearty but not too heavy for the heat. Yum, yum cauliflower! And Chef James is, after all, a real cookie monster chef!

    I am so in the mood for tempeh! It always makes me feel better and stronger! I absolutely love it! And I will be serving the Red Lentil Dahl Soup. This macro vegan meal should really warm things up for us!
