All are welcome at our Dinners, vegetarian, vegan or not. Attendance ranges from 60 to 100, with a full spectrum of ages spanning newborns to grandparents. Many long-time friendships have started at the Monday Night Dinners, and are renewed every week! Dinners include: soup, grains, beans or bean products, vegetables, sea vegetables, dessert, and beverage, prepared by expert natural foods chefs. Organic as much as possible.
Monthly After-Dinner Speakers and Events are on normally on health related topics, by a variety of knowledgeable speakers including macrobiotic counselors, medical doctors, and cooking teachers. Other events have included performances by folk singers and vegetarian Chinese acrobats. Suggested donation of $5-10.
