Let's See The Life of Pi ( in 3D!) at the Capital

Let's see The Life of Pi at the Capital Theater.

Already being discussed as one of the strongest candidates for best picture of the year, Ang Lee's much anticipated The Life of Pi is going to be an extravagant  visual fantasy that simply has to be seen in 3D. This is expected to be one of the major movie releases this year, kicking off the holiday movie season

This story of an Indian boy named Pi, a zookeeper's son who finds himself in the company of a hyena, zebra, orangutan, and a Bengal tiger after a shipwreck sets them adrift in the Pacific Ocean, left to fend for himself. The adventures that they encounter together will be the story to last a lifetime.

I don't know about you, but I'm really looking forward to The Life Of Pi

The Capital theater doesn't have the times posted yet but I'm assuming that they will have a show around 7:00. Mondays are their bargain nights ( $6.00) but they are still going to charge you extra for the 3D glasses

Let's plan on meeting before the movie for an appetizer or adult beverage  at the XYZ Tavern , 6419 Detroit Ave, across the street from the Capital. Let's shoot for 6:00 but I'd recommend trying to come a few minutes early.  I'll try to get there at 5:30 to stake out a table and watch for everyone.

Or if you prefer just to meet us at the Capital, email me or text me at[masked] so I can watch for you

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
