Meet some new friends and speak English!

What to expect

This is a General English lesson with a qualified native speaker there to correct you and help. In each lesson we cover 2 to 4 different topics. This way you can use new vocabulary and also ask about some grammar.

The group does not have a limit and you will be divided into groups of 3-5 with others of a similar speaking level. This way you will be able speak as much as possible and ask the teacher questions who is nearly always myself. The lesson takes place in the comfortable environment of the The Chocolate Room which is a cafe with tea, coffee and great chocolates!

The lesson is great for pre-intermediate, intermediate and upper-intermediate students looking to improve their English conversation skills.

After the lesson we go to a local pub (a two-minute walk away) so this is a good opportunity to carry on the conversation with a (good value) drink of traditional English ale, beer or cider!

How to pay

You can pay online or when you come to the meeting.

Directions

Here is the location of the The Chocolate Room on google maps: https://goo.gl/maps/ElL9o

When you come out of Harrow-on-the-Hill via the College Road exit turn right. You will come to a T-junction with traffic lights, this is Station Road. Cross over the road to where the Maplin shop is. Turn left and continue down to number 324 and you will find the Chocolate Room here.

I hope to see you soon - if you have any problems finding us please text or call me on[masked]

All the best, Jon

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
