Hi everyone,

Some good news and some bad news.

Good news is I'm setting up another go meetup for this Saturday at Meetup HQ.

We've got boards, we've got stones, come and play! As always, to get in, please please please, buzz the 3rd floor, suite 301. Not 10th. There's usually no one there.

Beginners are welcome, Naoki, myself, or one of the friendly members of our group will be more than happy to teach you. Everyone else can come and enjoy themselves.

The bad news is that the Meetup Offices are going to be under renovations starting October, so we won't be able to use the space until further notice (We'll definitely get to use it after everything is done, but no estimates on how long that will take. Possibly late November at the earliest?)

As always, there's a $5 playing fee charged for people who play. 100% of the money is used to help the group (purchasing equipment, party goods, incidental expenses we might incur)

The usual pattern is: People arrive around 2ish. It's really quiet for the first hour or two because people concentrate way too much. Then by 5-ish most of us are tired and we finally talk to each other and play lighter games, discuss things. by 6-7ish we'll bail out. If you're coming late, try to get here before 4ish if possible.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
