I'd like to go if you end up rescheduling it for the last weekend in July.

    Hi everyone,

I've been watching the weather closely and I'm finding forecasts for 40%-80% showers and/or thunderstorms tomorrow morning. Because there is likelihood that we could get stuck out in a storm with kids, I am choosing to cancel tomorrow's hike. I might try to find another free weekend later in the summer to reschedule.

The weather looks a bit rainy for Saturday. As of now, I am still planning to hike, but I will send out an email by Friday night with a final decision based on the latest weather forecast. If it's a high chance of rain, we won't have the hike.

So sad I can't come - but we're away that weekend!

Looking forward to it! Still have the directions from last year, and will definitely remember to bring more water.

Yes - I would just recommend bringing some sort of backpack carrier for her. You feasibly could do the first part of the hike if you had a big-wheeled stroller, but it would be bumpy (there are definitely roots and a few rocks). The final 1/3 is definitely not stroller friendly!

I have a 1 year old daughter. Will I be able to bring her?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
