Time to work on those Rolls, Hucks, Drops and Ups!
We will be hitting a few main locations on the City Park trail.
Small very roll-able ledges near parking lot.
- get the form down and we can move to something bigger (1 to 2 foot)
- Good size huckable drop : start of trail on far right side (off of trail loop) (2 to 3 ft)
Stair Steps :
Stair Steps (roll-able) : Start of trail on far right side. (off of trail loop)
Stair Steps with a Huck at the bottom : Near the end of the trail (usual trail loop)
Climbing : (level 1 climbing and technique)
Small climb close to parking lot
Small ledge climb near the end of the main loop (curb height)
Come out to get some nice photos and work on your skills.
This will be very laid back and not much of a long workout. Depending on how many show up.
Disclaimer : In no way am I a pro or super good at any of these. I need practice and would like others to be there with me. Always more fun in a group.
Helmet - bike lights - hydration - working bike and everything to keep it that way.
