Sorry for the late notice but some of us are going to Rosaryville tomorrow. This is definitely an unsupported ride. Meaning people will be riding at their own pace and there will not be stopping to get the whole group together. We already have people with different speed levels showing up so you may or may not have someone at your level. Rosaryville is a loop of about 9 miles so it is a bit hard to get lost. That being said, please realize there is no guarantee you will not end up riding alone. If this bothers you then this may not be the ride for you. Some people will be doing 2, 3 or even more laps so some of us will be out there for a while. Everyone is welcome to come, should be fun. Rolling at 10:30.
1. This is an unsupported ride, which means that you should have experience on a mountain bike. You should be prepared to fix your bike, find your way back to the parking lot, and ride solo if it comes to that. This ride will not have a dedicated "sweeper." If you're worried about riding alone, think about bringing a friend or posting a note on the site before the ride.
2. A helmet is required, and we strongly encourage you to bring a cell phone and water.
4. You should have a bike tool, pump and spare tubes — and of course know how to use them.
