Pennypack has some nice tight, twisty singletrack with some decent hills and log overs along the way. This isn't for beginners, but good for for intermediate riders. Faster riders are welcome to start out with us and split off at anytime to do your own pace. Nobody left behind.
The time show above is the departure time. Earlier if everyone is ready.
NOTE: we must exit the park by 8pm. Deer culling continues until March 31st. This means we will start on time to be sure everyone has plenty of time to get through the park.
Figure about 1.5 -2 hours. Pennypack does have a paved path that leads back to the Pine Rd for anyone that's had enough or needs to cut out early.
Helmet required. LIghts required. Rain cancels.
Park and meet on the street. Do not use the parking lot (it closes at 6pm).

Wish I could join - bike's been in the shop for almost 3 weeks now :( Fork had to get sent back to White Bros. Hope to be back on the trails again next week.
Just a heads up...avoid the construction site. I cleared the tree on the downhill but the rest of it is a muddy mess from the heavy equipment. There is also a downed tree at the beginning of the singletrack near Rhawn and Tabor (near the train tracks) that will need to be cut out. Other than that and the horse damage?the trails should be in good shape.
