What is your favorite type of climbing/mountaineering?

Alpine climbing, Hiking, Backcountry, Snowshoeing, White Water rafting in general anything outdoors.

What is your favorite mountain that you have climbed?

I have sumitted Mount Whitney 14 out of 18 times and counting, Shasta has been tried 8 times and succeded once only. I sumitted Mount Damavand(18608 Feet December 1st 2010) in Iran and made it to 15000ft on March27th, 2012 and turned back due to storm. Tried Mount Rainier and had to turn back due to severe weather condintion (July 2011) and July 2012 with my daughter made it to 13700. So what is my favorit mountain? I would say Mt. Damavand especially after reaching 17,500ft elevation. It was one of the hardest things I have done in life but, what a joy?

Are there any particular mountains that you are planning on climbing soon?

Mount Rainier tops the list for 2012, Everst comes to fruition I hope by year 2014, Mount Damavand and Mount Sabalan in Iran 18608ft, 16800ft respectively for March 2012. Mt. Whitney, Shasta and the rest of the California 14ers for the rest of 2012 and 2013.

My soul lifts up as I see a mountain. Love the outdoors and mainley winter apline climbing. I try to learn more each time on the mountain and from my team. Making a summit is never the altimate goal.
