Long time no....talk? See? haha Sorry its been so long since I have updated everyone on how the page is doing, you know how busy life can get....plus it helps to have a working computer right? hahaha
A HUGE SHOUT OUT to everyone who has taken the time to help out with events since I have been unable. Whoop!! Whoop!! Thank you guys!!!! YAY to all those new and.....old?.....organizers!! We wouldn't be the same if those of you out there hadn't stepped up....or kept stepping up? :) Wow I'm confusing myself haha
Anyway, here is your update... The page will NOT shut down :) YAY!!! Thank you to everyone who has shown support to me and the site for the last few months!! YAY!!! YAHOO!!! WHEE!!! :)
There are a couple of things I need everyone to know though. We have a new sponsor! Our new sponsor is "Prevail Pest Control" They are offering a $50 savings for those who sign up with them and mention our group! This is a great deal for those who are unhappy with their current pest control company, or even for those who need to start getting them bugs sprayed lol.

Now, since those perks and sponsorships are discounts for you guys I may be starting a new thing.... Once I start posting the occasional movie I may ask for a donation of $1-2. This will be 100% voluntary!! I will NOT turn anyone away for not being able or wanting to pay! It is just to help offset the costs of maintaining the page. :) It helps me keep the page running.....so be nice peeps and give me all your mulah!!!! :) hahahaha jk
I know, I know!! You are thinking "I wish I was an organizer" well just shoot me an email (from your meetup profile page)! I'll add you as an assistant organizer, just keep in mind posting events takes at least an hour minimum each event. I only request that you have been to at least 3 meetup events with our group, since they are a little different than a normal meetup event. I only ask this so you are prepared. So don't become an assistant organizer without being aware... But there is nothing like hosting a successful meetup event!! Its awesome!!
For them awesome peeps who have stepped up and become organizers, thank you guys AGAIN so much! You don't know what it means to me!! :) Brendan and I are trying to set up an organizers meeting, so we can chat a bit about the page. Hope you guys will make it!! :)
**Side note: If you are currently an inactive member (meaning you haven't signed into our page in the last 6 months) you have until the end of September to sign back in or you risk being removed from the page. This does not mean you have to attend an event, just sign in people!!**
As most of you know things for me have been.....well lets just say crazy.....lately. This summer has been a difficult one, for many of us I know, and I have to admit I am glad its almost over, well other than the fact that some fun summer stuff wont be going on any longer haha.....can any one say swimming?!? :):) Things are starting to calm down a bit for me though so I hope to start posting movies again. Although for the time being I won't be hosting many Sunday afternoon movies. Maybe I'll come up with some weekday event that everyone will enjoy.... start another trend? :) We'll see!!
