The classic Ingmar Bergman which sealed his reputation as a master auteur. Ive never seen it but why pass up the opportunity. this is what IMDb has to say and this is what the BFI says
As usual I'll wait at the ticket tills at the BFI half an hour before the screening starts. The BFI rarely has adverts or trailers so films starts promptly. There should be time to go for drinks afterwards to compare notes, and maybe scratch our heads.
