Dr. Will Caster is an artificial intelligence researcher who strives to create a machine that possesses sentience and collective intelligence. Extremists who oppose technological advancement target him, shooting him and other researches with radioactively-tainted bullets so that the poisoning will kill them even if the assassination fails, but their actions drive him toward his goal. Caster also wants to become part of the new technology, and his wife Evelyn and his best friend Max Waters, also researchers, question the wisdom of this drive. When his mind is downloaded into a computer to try and save his life, Caster's goal to acquire knowledge becomes one to acquire power, and he seems to be unstoppable.

Some really touching moments in there... I felt the need for a box of tissues.

Agree with Raj group hug for everyone who made it, a grand effort :) hoping you are all home now after epic journeys and that Jonny Depp didn't try and possess your bus in a Chelsea top.... spliffs indeed ...

Average Film - Interesting Day - Sorry I did not find the Group.

Well, getting there was a challenge, but it was nice meeting all the other people who were determined to show up! Shame the movie was a bit boring.

Getting home was fun... a bunch of drunk Atletico fans got on the bus, and one of them lit up a joint (yes, inside the bus)!

I've ended up with an Orange code, anyone left to share it with? And if everything goes according to plan I will be at Fulham Broadway by 8.15. I might get off work earlier, but just to be sure I will be waiting at the cinema!

Hey what happens with getting tkts? Is it worth going to the cinema to get them first in case they sell out? (just cause of getting the orange weds discount!)

    April 29, 2014

    • Gerard

I think it's extremely unlikely it will sell out.
