Little Tibet: world premier

A meet to see the premier of a film made by and a friend of mine. 'Little Tibet' is a picturesque and often quite comic story of his journey as a Tibetan man born in exile, trying to get as close as he can to his culture and homeland as he travels through Ladakh.

It's on at the Prince Charles cinema in Leicester Square at 3.30, so we'll be meeting outside the cinema entrance from 3. We'll probably go wherever the crew people are going for a drink afterwards.

Tickets may well sell out beforehand, so to make sure please book through the cinema here.
Hope to see you there!

PS there are two meetups this Saturday so take your pick (or if you're quick you can rush from this one to the other!)

amazingly poignant funny film, about a man with a deep passion for his native land, and the sadness as he can't go home.. Really well done.

The documentary was very interesting and they showed an amazing journey without getting political.

Yeah was good! I think ICA is definately possible; if we can do a screening at Students for a Free Tibet that might be a good place to go, and with momos as well! Will see if that's possible

Great documentary - shot and presented from the heart. Brings the tibetan issues very down to earth and makes it very personal - really hope this is shown again some time soon, so that more people get a chance to see this. ICA, BFI or Renoir all good possibilities. Thank you for adding it as a meet-up - would definitely have missed it otherwise.
