What is your favorite type of film to see at the JBFC: documentary, independent, foreign, classic?

That is difficult to answer - I like them all!

When the best day and time to meet for a film outing at the JBFC?

Any day, I prefer the evening movies but would be willing to go in the afternoons. It would have to be a fantastic movie for me to go in the morning. Since I retired, I love to sleep in the mornings except in the summer time.

What are some of your favorite Films, and who are a few of your favorite Directors?

Sorry, I have a short memory when it comes to favorite films and I never make a mental note of Directors. I just saw Philomenia and loved it; it was very intriguing and held my attention throughout the film. I only remember films from long ago of favorites, i.e. On Golden Pond, Pretty Women, E.T.; basically I like true to life films even though E.T. doesn't fall into that category.

Hi, I'm Lorraine. I love the films at Jacob Burns Movie Theatre and would love to get together with those who frequent this theatre too.
