Tired of the Same Old Song and Dance fer Halloween? The same old costume parties, with all the cliche, labor intensive and/or expensive costumes. And for Guild members, who really wants to wear their everyday Pirate Threads on All Hallow's Eve? The AP&WG will once again be hosting a "Switched Party" for Halloween! This Means that you Salty Dogs will dress as Wenches and in turn the lovely Saucy Wenches will dress as their Male counterparts! In essence, Pirate Drag! Now we don't expect you to "pass" for the opposite gender, in fact have fun with it. Men should feel free to keep their facial and chest hair, wear bad wigs and padded bosoms! Ladies who sport petite figures may dress as Cabin boys or even as "Napolean-esque" Pirates. Women may wear fake beards, goatees, mustaches and chest hair and dress as dandy captains! Be Creative! This event is meant to be silly, It's Halloween! We be sailin' into a new port (www.crazetavern.com) but thar be a Irish musician by the name of Collin DeNoya opening fer the band, Marian Gabriella, that plays indie/pop-rock/folk music playing fer this event which will keep yer toes tappin'. The tavern owner has promised lots of rum, good food, and costume contest fer cash! So mark your calenders, set yer sails and meander into the unknown! YAR!
