Independent movie at Cinema Theater for High Falls Film Fest.

A movie showing in the High Falls Film Festival is at the Cinema Theater on South Clinton Ave., and is called "The Most Fun I've Ever Had With My Pants On."  It is 96 min., unrated and in English (US production), starts at 6:40pm.  It is a road trip movie about Liv and Andy, two childhood buddies traveling from LA to Austin and through the trip they confront different ways of dealing with grief, need, family and friendship.  Gorgeous Southwestern landscapes and incredible underground soundtrack.  Question and answer with the director afterward, if you are interested.

This is a High Falls Film Fest movie, so admission is $12 with no movie group discount.

After there is Crossroads Cafe, Chinese and Indian restaurants, or a pizzaria close-by.

See you there.

Great film. Amazing cinematography and acting. I enjoyed the filmmaker and actress talking about how she made the film and what it meant to her. I will travel the West to see all these beautiful public lands she highlighted in her film. Also nice time at Crossroads Cafe, a great coffee shop just behind the Cinema. I stand corrected on the Red camera, it was developed by the sportswear company Oakley and has been revolutionary in developing lush digital movies. Here is the history: http://www.red.com/history

We saw the movie "The Most Fun I've Ever Had With my Pants On". It was a very well-made movie with excellent cinematography and a semi-autobiographical story. I loved the outdoor scenery-it makes me want to explore our national parks. Thank you Brian for picking out such a great movie. I also enjoyed going out for coffee and discussion afterwards.

I really enjoyed Brian's choice for the movie: The most I have laughed with my pants on. The director was so talented. I loved the songs and the music she composed and the cinematography was phenomenal.

Yep. Support the local film festivals! Next week, the Rochester International Short Film Festival is free, but I usually give a $15 donation. : ).

I think way more people would support it if the admission fee was $8!
